Let Check Ltd is an independent company, committed to the Lettings Industry and dedicated only to what we know best; verifying, validating, authenticating and approving your prospective tenant. With over 2 years in research and development and working closely with leading letting’s industry players and a selected number of Private Landlords, we created an innovative new way to facilitate the whole referencing procedure within a dynamic new website design making navigation easy and simple without removing the important technical processes involved.
 
During this phase, we realised that customers also insisted on total telephone support as opposed to an internet only service, so, for those that did not have internet access or in cases where internet connections were disrupted, there would be no impact on their business. 
 
One of the other main issues highlighted was the inconvenience of contacting the applicant to collect the information and the time consuming task of inputting the data. This resulted in a loss of productivity for many Agents and even Landlords, time that could be better spent on targeting their core activities.
 
To answer this, we developed our unique Let U CheckTM service, where we take full control of the whole process, from telephoning the applicant, collecting the information, processing and delivering you the whole report. This is only possible due to our advanced C-IDTM Authentication tool that is able to check all the personal ID instantly, allowing us to establish an identity quickly without the need for paper checks. (This method is already employed by many Banks and Lending and financial Institutions). These features and many more have helped Let Check™ to quickly establish a strong foothold in the market place for Referencing and an undeniable lead in a national database of tenants in breach of contract.
 
Let Check™ aim is to be the UK's primary independent provider of tenant default data with our unique letalert™ search and service, created solely to the needs of the Letting Industry and the Private Landlord. This database of tenants in breach of contract was created to help in combating the rise in bad tenants or tenants that simply use the system to go from one landlord to another. This unique proactive method aids in deterring would be defaulters, whilst at the same time offering a simple solution to tackle the recovery of any arrears or debt.
 
We recognised that in order to create a national database we would require a different approach to that used by Credit Agencies. The protection afforded to tenants by law made the process more time consuming and of course, simply remarking about a tenant on any so-called blacklist could hold you to libel action. The  letalert™ search and service was specifically developed to take this into account and has successfully tackled this issue by eliminating the possibility of a wrongful entry and thus making the letalert database a reliable and trusted source of information for today’s landlords.
 
And because we take our customers seriously, we believe that if a potential tenant is found to be listed on the letalert database, you pay nothing.  No other company offers this promise of commitment to fair practice.
Our letalert™ search and service can be used independently, allowing you to keep your present referencing company should you wish to do so. In addition it:
